Copying information between systems
The same order gets typed into the ERP, then the spreadsheet, then the CRM.
Software & automation for operations
We find repetitive, expensive work inside your operation and automate it with software, integrations, and AI.
One manual process can cost from ≈ $12,000 to $100,000 a year.*
Illustrative example. Names and numbers are made up.
≈ 12 minutes per invoice · 50 a week · 10 hours
4 of 50 don't match their order. Only those go to Ana.
Under a minute per invoice
10 hours/week
of manual work on this one process
≈ $12,000/year*
you're already paying for this, every year
That's one process, for one employee.
50 invoices × 12 minutes is 10 hours a week. At $4,000 a month, that's about $12,000 a year of someone's salary spent re-typing.
The exact number changes with salary, hours, and the process. The waste usually doesn't.
After Galtec: Most of those 10 hours go back to Ana. Only the invoices that don't match still need her.
Show us what's repetitiveA human steps in only when something needs judgment.
Humans handle exceptions. Software handles repetition.
What we automate
The same order gets typed into the ERP, then the spreadsheet, then the CRM.
Someone opens every PDF invoice and re-types the total, the date, and the tax ID.
Every morning, someone checks a list to see who still hasn't sent the signed contract.
Every Monday, someone exports from three systems and pastes it all into the same report.
The spreadsheet has 14 tabs, and only one person knows which ones are safe to touch.
Booking one technician visit takes four calls and a WhatsApp thread.
If it happens the same way every week, there's a good chance it can be automated.
How it works
You show us the process on a call or a shared screen. No preparation needed.
What we'd automate, what stays with people, the cost, and the timeline. No commitment.
We connect the systems, build what's missing, and keep people in control where judgment is needed.
Who it's for
The same order typed into the ERP, then the spreadsheet, then the CRM — or a quote assembled by hand from WhatsApp, a price list, and Word.

We use whatever removes the manual work reliably.
About
Galtec was founded by Júlio Reis, a software engineer who has built and operated production systems across financial technology, healthcare, cloud infrastructure, and mobile and web applications.
Galtec exists because many business problems eventually reach a point where spreadsheets, no-code tools, and disconnected software are no longer enough.
That's where engineering matters.
Software connecting external financial systems, processing real-time events, and running operational workflows without someone in the middle.
Software in place of manual scheduling, coordination, and administrative work.
Questions
That's not the goal. We take the copying and checking off people's plates, so their time goes to work that needs judgment: customers, exceptions, decisions.
Usually not. If a system can export a file, receive an email, has a database, or has a screen someone types into, there's normally a way to connect it. If there isn't, the estimate says so.
We put it in writing before work starts. By default, the code and the data built for your process are yours.
Every automation we build reports when something fails, and the case goes to a person instead of disappearing. Support after launch is agreed in the estimate.
It depends on the process, so there's no price list. After the walkthrough you get the cost in writing before any work starts. No commitment.

Pilot Program
We occasionally select recurring operational problems for the Galtec Pilot Program. When we believe a solution can be reused across multiple companies, Galtec may fund the first version.*
You bring the problem. We take the technical risk.
