Scheduling and coordination

Booking one technician visit takes four calls and a WhatsApp thread.

The manual process

A customer calls to book a service visit. Someone checks each technician's calendar, calls the technician to confirm, sends the time on WhatsApp, and calls both again the day before.

Systems involved

  • Phone
  • Calendars
  • WhatsApp

What stays with a person

Urgent jobs and calendar conflicts still go to a person. A routine booking does not.

Illustrative example. Names and numbers are made up. The yearly figure is not a quote, a typical result, or a promised saving.
